Energy Drinks – which are best?
This is a great question, and the answer really depends on what you looking for. However, with so many products out there, it is hard to decipher the ingredients against your actual needs. Many product labels will tell you that you need ingredients that have not been scientifically researched to have any benefits and others will say “healthy” when that word has a multitude of definitions. It’s all very confusing! And while many people say “water”, I agree that water is the best beverage for hydration, but many of us still need a little “boost” in the day!
If you are wondering about my personal energy drink favorite, it is Axio, a powdered energy drink that contains only natural ingredients and no more than 15 calories. It is sweetened with Stevia, a natural sweetener, and actually tastes great! It also comes in convenient powder packets that can be easily added to your water bottle. I’ve seen many young people who are loyal to their energy beverage line-up switch to Axio. It comes in huckleberry or red raspberry flavors.
